In autumn 2010 we started developing two residential projects in Domnesti and Corbeanca towns, Ilfov County, on the north and west part of the capital, wearing the brand Omnis Residence.

Omnis Residence Corbeanca will include a total of 52 units, 20 villas being already developed.
Omnis Residence Domnesti will include a total of 33 units, 12 villas being already occupied and the remaining units will be developed on project at the request of our customers.

New stage of development began in the fall of 2014 and includes projects of new villas, duplex or individual type, with 4-6 rooms, with exclusively reinforced concrete structure, exterior brick closings, interior partitions and finishes that can be customized according to customer’s requirements.

The projects developed in the first stage included duplex and individual villas, type Familia and Prosapia having 3 rooms, type Perficio having 4 rooms, and type Princeps having 5 rooms.
